A rich, beautifully packaged trio of 70% dark chocolate bars that makes an easy, meaningful gift - handcrafted by the women of the Qori Warmi cooperative.
This gift set comes straight from the women of Qori Warmi - a cooperative built by 31 entrepreneurial cacao producers in the Valley of the Apurímac, Ene and Mantaro rivers. These families live and farm in the regions of Junín, Ayacucho and Cusco, across more than twenty communities.
The “Golden Women” lead every stage of the work - the growing, the harvesting, the fermenting, the drying, and the marketing of the chocolate. Many have stepped into these roles while also raising families, especially in areas where social issues have forced them to become the primary providers. Their leadership is at the core of Qori Warmi. When the men were pulled away by instability in the region, these women built something strong and sustainable for their communities.
Each bar in this box represents their effort. Their craft. Their voice.

Because these bars are all natural and made without artificial binders or stabilizers, you might occasionally see a light white ‘bloom’ on the surface. This is just the cocoa butter rising to the top, not a sign that the chocolate is old or unsafe. If you want the bar to look smooth again, a quick zap in the microwave or a few minutes in a warm room usually does the trick.
